It's been quite some time since many users have called for the Task Tracking feature for improved plan management. We are excited to announce it has been realized in the latest version of Xmind 2023 (Beta)!
Add checkboxes in subtopics to set them as tasks, check them off when completed or cancel them if not needed.
Auto-calculate Progress
Insert a task in the upper-level topic, and it will automatically calculate the task progress for all subtopics.
Filter to Show Tasks
Filter the irrelevant content to only show all tasks, the checked ones, or the unchecked ones.
